These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wild Willow Holistic Therapies website and the services we provide. By using our website and booking treatments, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Booking Treatments
By booking a treatment, you confirm that all details provided (such as contact and health information) are accurate and complete. Wild Willow Holistic Therapies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule treatments in the event of any inaccuracies or issues.
Payment
All payments for treatments must be made in advance or on the day of the treatment, depending on the booking method. We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. Payment details are never stored on our servers.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. In the event of an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds for services are only provided under exceptional circumstances or if we are unable to provide the treatment at the agreed time.
Mobile Services
For mobile treatments, please ensure there is a quiet, private area large enough to accommodate a massage table and space for the therapist to move around. Wild Willow Holistic Therapies will not be responsible for any lack of space or accessibility at your location.
Health and Safety
Clients are required to inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to their treatment. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional if you are unsure about whether massage or aromatherapy is suitable for you.
Wild Willow Holistic Therapies reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if their health condition poses a risk to their well-being during treatment.
Confidentiality
All personal and health information provided by clients is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. This information will not be shared with third parties except as required to provide the service (such as through payment processors or legal obligations).
Liability
While Wild Willow Holistic Therapies takes every precaution to provide safe and effective treatments, clients are responsible for their own health and safety. We are not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur as a result of a treatment.
Safety and Comfort
At Wild Willow Holistic Therapies, the safety and well-being of both the client and therapist are of utmost importance. If at any point during a treatment, the therapist feels uncomfortable or unsafe, whether due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any other reason, Wild Willow Holistic Therapies reserves the right to discontinue the session immediately. In such cases, the client will be required to pay the full amount for the treatment as if the session had been completed. This policy ensures a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both parties at all times.

For mobile treatments, the location (address) of the treatment will be shared with a trusted third-party service, such as a family member or colleague, as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and security of both the client and the therapist. This information will only be shared for safety purposes and will not be disclosed beyond those necessary to ensure a safe environment.
We ask that all clients conduct themselves with courtesy and respect during their treatment. Any form of misconduct or discomfort caused to the therapist will not be tolerated.
